And some people are entirely dedicated to the history, timeline, and lore of branded sneakers. I respect the hustle, and I’m sure your Sims do, too. Here are some decorative shoes if you ever feel like cluttering up and/or expanding your Sims’s impressive shoe collection.
1. Gatorade Shoe Set Conversion by yourdorkbrains
Check Out This CC As someone navigating completely unfamiliar territory, I can’t verify how accurate this Sims-ified version of Nike’s Gatorade Air Jordans is. I mean, I ran a Google image search and they look pretty similar, but I don’t want to risk cancellation. All I can say is, having both the shoes and the shoebox as décor makes for pretty cool (and pretty legit) in-game walk-in closets.
2. Shoes and Bags Clutter by PQSIM4
Check Out This CC Now this looks like an accurate representation of a mom-and-daughter duo’s shoe rack (for their every-day footwear). Not to stereotype, of course, but most of the shoe and bag styles are traditionally female. My personal faves? The brightly-patterned rain boots and the fuzzy bunny slippers.
3. Décor Shoes by ddaengsims
Check Out This CC For Sims who love chunky sneakers (and chunky shoes in general), these décor items by ddaengsims are great for showing off their diverse, distinctive tastes. Some suede buckle boots and three different branded sneakers? It’s not an affordable shoe collection, but it’s definitely fashionable.
4. SG5150 Vans Shoe Décor by clothinghatsacc/akamaru
Check Out This CC How about adding some comfy Vans shoes to your Sim’s growing collection? I actually own a pair or two IRL, so I can vouch for how comfortable these babies are. I also love the color options this CC item has. The variety makes it look all the more aesthetic when they’re piled together. The post’s download link might lead you to a file hosting page that needs repairing (since that’s what happened to me). Just in case you get it too, here’s the repaired Mediafire link.
5. Girls Studio (Sneakers Décor) by SIMcredible!
Check Out This CC These sneakers may not have a specific brand (or even the Sims equivalent of a specific brand), but they still look comfy and dependable. They look like they’re easy to wear, easy to take off, and they’d probably match most casual, every day outfits. Definitely a must-have.
6. Grimcookies x Gucci: Off the Grid by grimcookies
Check Out This CC As part of the EA Game Changers program, grimcookies has actually partnered with Gucci (like, IRL Gucci) to bring Simmers this awesome Off the Grid collection. It contains 4 CAS items and eleven décor items. Two of those items happen to be two flavors of decorative Gucci sneakers. The whole set is pretty impressive, honestly!
7. Glory Shoes and Box Décor by SIMcredible!
Check Out This CC Yeah, I know. These aren’t sneakers. They aren’t even close. But in the interest of providing some variety (and for the non-sneakerheads reading this), I thought I’d include some slippers, heels, and/or sandals. Besides, SIMcredible! always creates high-quality content. These fancy heeled pumps (plus box!) are no exception. Useful for when your fashionista Sim wants to flex.
8. Sole Mates Shoe Clutter by Ravasheen
Check Out This CC Puns aside, how do you feel about adding 23 pairs of shoes to your Sim’s growing shoe collection? Add some peep toe heels and slip-ons to the lace-ups and loafers to mix it up a bit. Or maybe a sturdy pair of Wellies to stand next to the work boots and winter boots. I honestly didn’t even know there were so many styles!
9. Dexter Sneakers (Messy) by SIMcredible!
Check Out This CC For those days when being a fully functioning adult is too exhausting, and wearing shoes – even comfy high-top ones – feels too tight and claustrophobic. Everyone’s toed their shoes off and flung them haphazardly without a care in the world. There’s a “neat” version of these shoes wherein they’re lined up all nice and organized, and I think this “messy” variation has way more character!
10. Simple Hallway Shoes (Deco Only!) by BuffSumm
Check Out This CC How about a nice pair of dress shoes, for when your Sim’s Chuck Taylor All Star Classics or Air Jordan 3s are too casual and/or too flashy for the occasion? Dress codes do exist, after all, and you can’t really live life in sneakers. Sometimes, you gotta give the thick leathers, bright colors, and bold brand logos a rest. Also, these shoes do look good tucked away in the corner of a foyer. Highly recommend.
11. Simple Hallway Pumps (Deco Only!) by BuffSumm
Check Out This CC Not into dress shoes? No problem. BuffSumm’s got some practical, tasteful pumps for your Sim to also leave in the foyer or hallway when they get home. And when you place one pair beside the other, you can really inject some personality into your build!
12. [Zoe] Sneakers Décor by Severinka_
Check Out This CC Fact of life: a teenager’s bedroom is almost always cluttered. Open school bag, tons of loose leaf papers, and the occasional half-finished school project probably make up 80% of the room’s décor. Ergo, a pair of worn sneakers that are only slightly unaligned? Definitely not out of place.
13. Van Shoes Deco by leosims
Check Out This CC For Sims with a neater, more organized shoe rack (or closet), these decorative Van Shoes are perfectly aligned. There’s not even a centimeter of difference in their placement! Unfortunately, I’m going to have to stick a heavy adfly warning on this one. If you can’t get to the Simfileshare link, try this one.
14. Sympxls Deco Shoes Pt 2 + Pt 1 Redux by Sympxls
Check Out This CC This shelf of shoes either belongs to a whole family or a solo Sim with a fairly worrying shoe addiction. And I say worrying because there are two parts to this set; one with five shoes and one with four, for a total of nine styles. There are only so many chunky boots, ankle boots, mood boots, and clogs one Sim can own before it reaches obsession levels. And speaking of boots …
15. Gabrielle – Low Boots by Syboubou
Check Out This CC We’ve moved past sneakers and are now in boots territory. Maybe not the forte of a sneakerhead, but hey. These heeled ankle boots are nothing if not fashionable, and your Sim shouldn’t be afraid to display them somewhere visible. They come in five classic neutral shades.
16. Boots (Decorative) by imadako
Check Out This CC More decorative boots, because why not? Unlike sneakers, I don’t think collecting branded boots is a thing. However, they are just as aesthetically pleasing to look at when lined up all neat and colorful (or even slightly askew and colorful) on a shelf, box, or table. The creator made an original mesh based off of the boots in The Sims 4: Get to Work, so this CC item is still fully base game compatible. You don’t need to download a separate mesh file, either!
17. Calligaris Sandals by SIMcredible!
Check Out This CC How about decorating a beautiful, expensive-looking room with some beautiful, expensive-looking heels? These decorative shoes by SIMcredible! come in ruby red, classic gold, elegant silver, and deep black. All colors that can safely complement most any color scheme or build palette!
18. Shoe Box Clutter by Simmin My Best Life
Check Out This CC And last, but certainly not least, is a nice stack of (designer) shoe boxes. They’re not actually shoes, but they at least indicate that these shoes exist (somewhere in the build) and that your Sim (probably) owns them. This is another great example of how simple CC items can make a build feel more lived-in.
